The World Bank Group is a global development organization that provides financing, policy advice, and technical assistance to low- and middle-income countries. The Gender Innovation Lab (GIL) conducts impact evaluations of development interventions in Sub-Saharan Africa, focusing on gender gaps in economic growth and empowerment.
The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of impact evaluations and other analytical work, engage with government partners and World Bank project teams, and provide research uptake support. The position requires excellent analytical and quantitative skills, experience working in Sub-Saharan Africa, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
