The Louisiana State University (LSU) Scholarship is a fully funded opportunity for international students to pursue Master’s or PhD degrees in the USA. Here’s what you need to know:
Eligibility Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., aquatic biology, zoology, fisheries, or wildlife management)
- Research experience in laboratory or field settings
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Valid U.S. driver’s license (or ability to obtain one within 60 days of start date)
- GPA of at least 3.0 (overall) or 3.5 (last 60 hours)
- GRE scores are preferred but not required
Scholarship Benefits:
- Full Tuition Coverage: Tuition fees are fully covered by the scholarship
- Living Stipend: $28,000/year (MS) or $31,000/year (PhD)
- Health Benefits: 75% graduate student health care coverage
- Graduate Fee Support: Additional support for graduate fees
