Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with NRC policies and donor guidelines
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the grants team
- Maintain effective filing and documentation systems
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Assist in updating grants trackers and management tools
- Coordinate project cycle management meetings and follow up on action points
- Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality
- Contribute to internal coordination and reporting
Qualifications and Requirements:
- University degree in International Relations, Development Studies, Social Sciences, or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in grants, administration, or project support
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Interest in humanitarian and development work
