Store Officer Position at Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries
Emzor Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd is hiring a Store Officer! This is a full-time position based in Ogun, Nigeria.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, record, and issue materials, consumables, and finished goods
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP systems and update stock cards daily
- Conduct routine stock counts and support monthly inventory reconciliation
- Ensure proper material labeling, storage conditions, and FIFO/FEFO practices
- Issue materials to production based on approved requisitions
- Assist in ensuring good housekeeping and compliance with safety guidelines
Qualifications and Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field
- 3-5 years experience in storekeeping, preferably in a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment
- Knowledge of inventory systems (SAP/ERP) is an added advantage
- Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills
