
Customer Service Representative at Bamboo Technology (Remote Role)
Bamboo Technology is hiring a Customer Experience Analyst to join their team in Lagos, Nigeria. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you’ll be the face of Bamboo, interacting with users and collecting feedback to improve their product.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound Support Queries: Resolve customer issues via live chat, email, social media, and scheduled calls
- Conduct Customer Interviews: Research user experience and gather data for product improvements
- Troubleshoot Performance Issues: Identify actionable insights and collaborate with internal teams
- Escalate and Resolve Issues: Ensure speedy resolution and communicate with stakeholders
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience in fintech, payments, e-commerce, or call center environment
- Excellent Communication Skills: Verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Problem-Solving Attitude: Creative and proactive approach to resolving issues
- Passion for Startups and Customer Service: Enthusiasm for learning and growing with the company
