2026 Commonwealth Shared Scholarship in the UK | Fully Funded
The Commonwealth Shared Scholarship 2026 is now open for applications. This prestigious scholarship is jointly funded by the UK Government and UK universities, offering a fully-funded Master’s program to postgraduate students from Least Developed and middle-income Commonwealth countries.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a citizen of or have been granted refugee status by an eligible Commonwealth country
- Be permanently resident in an eligible Commonwealth country
- Hold a first degree of at least upper second-class (2:1) honours standard, or a lower second-class degree and a relevant postgraduate qualification
- Not have studied or worked for more than one academic year in a high-income country
- Be unable to afford to study in the UK without this scholarship

- Full Tuition Fees: Covered by the CSC and UK university
- Monthly Stipend: £1,452 (or £1,781 in London)
- Warm Clothing Allowance: Where applicable

- Select an approved Master’s course at a participating UK university
- Secure admission to the university course
- Submit all required supporting documents
