The Admin Manager will oversee administrative operations, ensuring smooth daily activities and providing support to the team. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing front desk operations and phone systems
- Maintaining organized filing systems and performing data entry tasks
- Overseeing calendar management for scheduling appointments and meetings
- Providing clerical support and utilizing QuickBooks for bookkeeping
- Assisting with customer support and service inquiries
- Coordinating office management tasks and supporting team members
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (BA/BSC/HND)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Strong computer literacy and organizational skills
- Effective time management and customer service skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Previous experience in office administration or customer service is beneficial
