- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate service support and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide remote support to stranded customers through Kia on Road (KOR) assistance
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions
- Prepare and submit reports on customer feedback and concerns
