Apply Now for the CFA 2025 Industry Practitioners’ Ethics Challenge
We are pleased to announce the 2025 Industry Practitioners’ Ethics Challenge, an annual competition aimed at promoting best practices in the investment profession and preparing practitioners for the ethical dilemmas they may encounter in their careers.
This challenge is open to all practitioners working within the financial services industry, regardless of whether you are a CFA charterholder, a member, or a non-member of CFA Society Nigeria.

Participating in the Ethics Challenge offers various benefits, including:
- Developing and refining ethical decision-making skills
- Exposure to real-world ethical dilemmas and guidance on how to navigate them
- Opportunities for professional networking
- A platform to discuss and debate the importance of ethics
Challenge Format:
The competition will follow this structure:
- Screening Test: All applicants will take a short screening test to assess their skills and knowledge.
- Team Formation: Successful participants will be shortlisted and formed into teams of 4-5 people.
- Case Studies: Each team will analyse two assigned case studies.
- Written Presentations: Teams will submit written presentations on their findings and recommendations for the case studies.
- Presentations to Judges: Teams will present their findings and recommendations to a panel of judges in the semi-final and final rounds.
