2026 DAAD Hilde Domin Scholarship for International Students | Fully Funded
The DAAD Hilde Domin Scholarship Program is now open for applications, offering fully funded scholarships to support students and doctoral candidates from around the world who are at risk of being denied educational or other rights in their home countries.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Aiming for a master’s degree or doctoral candidates worldwide
- At risk of being formally or de facto denied educational rights and/or other rights in their country of origin
- Possess educational certificates that enable entrance to a higher education institution
- Not residing in Germany or the European Union at the time of nomination
Benefits:
- Monthly Stipend: €992 for master’s students or €1,300 for doctoral candidates
- Health Insurance: Coverage for health, accident, and personal liability
- Travel Allowance: Based on country of origin or residence
- Language Course: Preparatory German language course (if required)
- Additional Financial Benefits: Available for selected candidates

- Nominations by institutions and organizations can be submitted online
- Application period: March 17 – April 15, 2026
