The 2026 Taiwan International Graduate Program (TIGP) is now open for applications! This Ph.D. program, jointly organized by Academia Sinica and top Taiwanese universities, offers a full scholarship and a monthly stipend of around NT$ 40,000.

- Eligible Countries: All countries (except China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong)
- Reward: Full Scholarship, $15,000 Stipend/Year
- No IELTS Required
Eligibility:
- Citizen of a foreign country (except China, Taiwan, and Hong Kong)
- Completed bachelor’s degree (and master’s degree, if applicable)
- Good academic standing
- Good English proficiency
- Meet specific program requirements
