Eligibility Criteria:
- Age 20-36 years by April 1, 2026
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Active engagement with, or concrete plans for, a social change project
- In-depth knowledge of the community and issue they aim to address
- Readiness to participate in contemplative and reflective learning
- Commitment to full participation (approximately 12 hours/month)
Program Details:
- Duration: April 2026 to March 2027
- Focus: Head, Heart, and Hands (self-awareness, compassion, and action)
- Curriculum: Mindfulness-based leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and compassionate social change
