The Mastercard Innovation and Technology Scholarship at Arizona State University (ASU) is a fully funded online opportunity for African citizens to pursue a Master’s degree certificate. Here’s what you need to know:
Eligibility Requirements:
- African citizen between 18 and 33 years old
- Committed to ethical leadership and community engagement
- Proven leadership, service, and academic excellence
- Undergraduate degree earned by July 2026
- No prior graduate degree started or completed
- Must reside in Rwanda for the program duration
Benefits:
- Full tuition for ASU Self-Study Certificate

- 1:1 coaching and mentorship
- Access to ASU resources
- Earn transferable ASU credits toward a Master’s degree
- Select participants will be awarded a scholarship for fully funded Master’s degrees in Supply Chain Management or Leadership Management
