The University of South Australia (UniSA) offers various scholarships for international students pursuing master’s or PhD programs. Here’s what you need to know:
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be an international student
- Apply for a master’s research degree or PhD program
- Meet the eligibility requirements for the project you’re applying for
- Demonstrate academic excellence and research potential
Benefits:
- Full Tuition Fee Coverage: for up to 3 years for PhD students and 2 years for master’s by research students
- Annual Stipend: at least $32,500 per annum, paid fortnightly
- Overseas Student Health Cover: provided by BUPA
- Thesis Allowance: available to support research expenses
Types of Scholarships:
- Research Training Program International (RTPi) Scholarships: funded by the Australian Government
- Enterprise Research Scholarship (ERS): funded by the University and/or its partners
- International Research Tuition Scholarships (IRTS): provides full tuition exemption for up to 4 years for doctoral programs or 2 years for master’s programs
