Reports to: SVP, Technology & Innovation
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and performance
- Evaluate current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies for improvement
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to generate insights
- Support regulatory compliance reporting, project planning, and execution
- Identify risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and analyze operational costs
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and technical teams
- Maintain documentation of operational processes and procedures
- Train team members on tools, processes, and best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- MBA or relevant professional development in Finance, Management Science & Operations Research, and Mergers and Acquisition
- 8-10 years of post-NYSC experience in operations, business analysis, or a similar role
- Expert understanding of renewable economics, risk and decision science, and Nigerian fiscal systems
- Proven competencies in Data Analytics and Microsoft Office software programs
