2025 MINDS Scholarship Programme for Study in Africa | Fully Funded Opportunity
The MINDS Scholarship Program for Leadership Development in Africa is a fully funded opportunity for African students to pursue postgraduate studies in another African country. Here’s what you need to know:
Eligibility Requirements:
- Be a national of an African country, residing in any African country
- Have been formally accepted by one or more MINDS preferred institutions outside your country of citizenship and/or residency
- Have obtained at least 70% in each subject/course in the last two completed years of study
- Demonstrate leadership abilities or potential
- Submit a complete online application form with required supporting documentation

- Certified academic transcript/results slip of the last two years of study
- Official acceptance letter from the university

- Two reference letters (not more than 3 pages each)
