Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: 15-24 years old
- Primarily from low-income families or orphanages
- Unable to afford university education
- Hold an admission letter from a federal tertiary institution in Nigeria
- Returning applicants must meet a minimum GPA requirement of:
– 2.0 on a 4.0 scale
– 3.0 on a 5.0 scale
