NCDMB Oil and Gas Field Readiness Training Program 2025 | How to Apply
The NCDMB Oil and Gas Field Readiness Training Program is a fully funded initiative by the Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board, designed to equip young Nigerians with practical skills in high-demand areas of the oil and gas industry.
Program Details:
- Duration: Minimum of 12 months, with some programs extending longer
- Training Segments: Classroom instruction, laboratory/workshop practicals, skills certifications, and a minimum of six months on-the-job training
- Benefits:
- Monthly stipend of ₦150,000

Eligibility Requirements:
- Age: Below 35 years old
- Education: OND, HND, or BSc in engineering, sciences, technology, or related fields
- Nationality: Nigerian citizen
