
2026 Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS) Scholarships in France | Fully Funded
The École Normale Supérieure (ENS) Scholarship is a prestigious international competition that offers fully-funded opportunities for international students to pursue a Diploma or Master’s Degree in France. This highly competitive scholarship provides:
- Full Tuition Fee Coverage: ENS is a public university, so tuition fees are covered.
- Monthly Grant: €1,000 per month for 3 years.
- Accommodation: A room on one of the ENS campuses.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: Under 26 years old at the time of application.
- Academic Background: At least one year of undergraduate studies in a foreign university (outside France).
- Residency: Not having lived in France for more than 10 months during the academic year of selection or the previous year.
- Application: Candidates can only apply once to the International Selection.
Scholarship Details:
- Duration: 3 years.
- Number of Awards: 20 (10 in Sciences, 10 in Arts & Humanities).
- Fields: Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Geosciences, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Cognitive Sciences) and Arts & Humanities (Anthropology, Archaeology, Classical Studies, Film Studies, Theatre Studies, History of Art, Musicology, etc.).

- Fill and validate the initial application form on the ENS website.
- Upload required documents in PDF format on Dematec.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for remote written and/or oral tests.
