Key Responsibilities:
- Market Growth: Drive business growth and expand market share in Nigeria and Ghana
- Client Focus: Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Financial Performance: Manage profitability, KPIs, and track performance of the Nigeria and Ghana business
- Governance, Risk & Control: Manage risk and control standards, ensuring compliance across the organization

Requirements:
- Minimum of a First Degree or equivalent in any discipline, plus a relevant higher degree or professional qualification
- 15 years of post-graduation experience, with at least 12 years in the banking industry and 2 years as VP/Deputy General Manager
- Extensive experience in financial services, with a proven track record of success in leading and growing a large business
- Deep understanding of Services’ core product areas, including Payments, Liquidity Management, and Trade and Working Capital
