The SIIT Scholarship is a fully funded opportunity for international students to pursue Master’s and PhD degrees at the Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT) in Thailand. Here’s what you need to know:
Eligibility Criteria:
– Hold a Bachelor’s degree for Master’s programs or a Master’s degree for PhD programs
– Be proficient in English (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent)
– Have a strong academic record (minimum GPA of 2.75 for Master’s and 3.50 for PhD)
– Not be a Thai citizen
– Be in good health and have a clean record
Scholarship Benefits:
– Full Tuition Fee Coverage: tuition fees waived for the entire program
– Living Allowance: 10,000 baht per month for Master’s students and 15,000 baht for Doctoral students
– Travel Expenses: round-trip economy airfare between Thailand and your home country (up to 20,000 baht)
– Health and Accident Insurance: coverage during the scholarship period
– Miscellaneous Expenses: up to 10,000 baht for visa fees, English proficiency tests, and other expenses
