The Southern Cross University (SCU) in Australia offers the Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarships for international and domestic students pursuing Higher Degrees by Research (HDR), including Master’s by Research and PhD programs.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Admission into an HDR program at SCU
- Outstanding academic achievement and research potential
- Support from a qualified academic supervisor
- Meeting English language proficiency standards (IELTS Academic: 7.0 in Writing and 6.5 in other bands)
- Commitment to full-time, on-campus study in Australia
Scholarship Benefits:
- Full Tuition Fee Offset: Covers tuition fees for the duration of the degree
- Living Stipend: AU$33,511 per annum (2025 rate, indexed annually), paid fortnightly
