The Oxford-Weidenfeld and Hoffmann Scholarships and Leadership Programme are now accepting applications for 2022-2023. The University of Oxford, in partnership with the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Trust, provides outstanding university graduates and professionals from developing and emerging economies with the incredible opportunity to pursue fully-funded graduate studies at the University of Oxford.
The scholarship will cover 100% of course fees and a grant for living costs (of at least £16,062). Awards are made for the full duration of your fee liability for the agreed course.
Who is eligible to apply?
Interested scholars who wish to apply for the Oxford-Weidenfeld and Hoffmann Scholarships scholarship program must:
- be intending to return to their ordinary residence (country of origin) once the course is completed
- be able to demonstrate a connection between their subject of study and longer-term career objectives, explaining how their professional work contributes to the improvement of public life in their respective country of origin or at a wider regional or international level.

Oxford-Weidenfeld and Hoffmann Scholarships application process
Visit the University of Oxford’s official website to fill out and submit the graduate application form. Ensure you select the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships and Leadership Programme in the University of Oxford Scholarships section of the graduate application form. You must also complete a Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships Statement and upload it, together with your graduate application form, by the deadline. Review the relevant course page for the deadline applicable to your course. If you are shortlisted for the scholarship, you will be required to participate in an online interview, likely to be held in April 2023.
